How do I log in to the site?

    If this is your first time logging in, simply enter the number from the front of your Access card in the boxes indicated. Your Access card should have two sets of numbers separated by a space or a dash. Please enter the first group of numbers in the first box, and the second group of numbers in the second box. Do not enter the dash. If you cannot locate the log in box, or if your card number does not grant you access, contact a Member Services Representative.  Contact Us >>
I lost my card. What now?

    You may order a replacement card for $6.95 to cover materials, processing and postage (USA & Canada). You can order a replacement card by mail or by talking with a Member Services Representative.  Contact Us >>
How do I edit my Personal Profile?

    After logging in, click "Edit Profile" next to your name (just under the savings search engine near the top) and enter the password you chose when you logged in for the very first time. After updating your information, verify that it is correct and then click "Next". You will then be returned to the page you were at before clicking "Edit Profile".
I forgot my password. What now?

    Your password can be sent to the e-mail address provided in your member profile. Click here to have your password sent to you. If you have changed your e-mail address, contact a Member Services Representative.  Contact Us >>
My card has expired. Can I renew it?

    You may renew your Access membership by contacting us.  Contact Us >>
Can I log in as someone else?

    You may log in as someone else only with their permission. If you are not already logged in as yourself, simply log in as you normally would using the other member numbers. If you are logged in, enter the other member numbers below:

How do I use the online Savings Directory?

    Locate the Search Directory at the top of any page. In the first box, enter the city, landmark or US ZIP code of the location you want to find. In the second box, select a mile radius to limit your search. Click "Find". The results of your search will be displayed on the next page.

    The Search Results page lists up to 100 retailers per search. By default, the results are listed in order of distance (nearest retailer to the furthest). Click "Name" or "Location" at the top of the list to order the results alphabetically by name or location, respectively. Learn more about an offer by clicking on a retailer's name. The retailer's property page will then appear. Although you can perform a search without logging in, only logged-in members will be able to view the retailer's property page or print any of the coupons. If you are a member, make sure you are logged in first before starting a search.
What are the property pages and where are they?

    Each participating retailer maintains their own property page, which usually displays their basic offer, contact information and reservation procedures. In some cases, a link to their web site, directions to their business, the amenities they offer, and other information is displayed. Only logged-in Access members can view the property pages by clicking the retailer's name on the search results page.
